To help alleviate some of the holiday stresses, knowing this time of year can be financially tough and stressful for many in the Austin community, Austin FC and H-E-B have teamed up to deliver, our “Season of Giving” platform. This platform carries out a series of events to show our mutual dedication and support for the community during the holiday season.
Giving Tree
Through the 2025 Season of Giving "Giving Tree," Austin FC and H-E-B came together with Jon Gallagher, Verdísimo, and the YMCA to support young students from Kipp Austin North. What began as a stadium tour became a holiday surprise filled with joy, gifts, and VERDE cheer.
Surprise and Delight
H-E-B and Austin FC hosted several Surprise & Delight events featuring Austin FC Players, soccer operations and front office staff at various H-E-B locations.
Operation Turkey
On Thanksgiving, Austin FC front office staff- including President Andy Loughnane and VP of Community Impact Trennis Jones- volunteered at Operation Turkey, where they prepared and packaged meals for unhoused and underserved families in Austin to ensure they could enjoy a warm Thanksgiving meal.
