The following terms apply to the rental of any suite, loft, or loge at the Stadium for a single Event (“License”) and are intended to supplement the Q2 Stadium Ticket Policy and Waiver, which applies to each ticket included in such License. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings given to them in the aforementioned ticket policy.
Non-Transferability. The purchaser of the License (“Licensee”) shall not transfer the License to another entity or person without the express written consent of the Club, and any such approval shall be at the Club’s sole discretion.
Prohibited Activities. Neither Licensee, Licensee’s guests, nor any other person who uses tickets issued to Licensee in connection with the License, shall make any additions or alterations of any kind to the interior, exterior, fixtures, furnishings, or equipment of, and/or display signs, posters, banners, or corporate logos in or from, the suite, loft, or loge (as applicable). The License may not be used for, or in connection with, any commercial or trade purposes including, but not limited to, advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, gambling, or gaming activities without the express written consent of Club and MLS.
Damages. Except for ordinary wear and tear, Licensee shall be responsible for any damage caused to the suite, loft, or loge (as applicable) by any act, error, or omission of Licensee or Licensee’s guests or any other person who uses tickets issued to Licensee in connection with the License, and Licensee shall reimburse Club for the repair of any such damages.
