Austin FC’s Myrto Uzuni and Micah Burton have both been called up for international duty during the June FIFA window. Each player will join their respective national team for international matches this month. Here’s when and where they’ll be in action.
Myrto Uzuni (Albania)
Albania continue their quest to qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup a pair of important matches, first at home against Serbia and then away at Latvia. Uzuni has played 40 international matches in his career to date with six goals and seven assists. Albania needs to finish in either first place in Group K to qualify directly, or finish second and win additional playoff matches.

Micah Burton (United States U-19)
Burton joins the U.S. U-19s having previously made over 20 appearances for the U.S. U-17 Youth National Team, including playing in all four of the team’s matches at the 2023 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Indonesia. His first call-up at the U-19 age level sees him join the program for a training camp and two friendlies in Marbella, Spain.
