The United States Soccer Federation today announced that Austin’s Q2 Stadium will host the United States Men’s National Team’s (USMNT) international friendly against Ecuador on Friday, October 10. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. CT, and the match will be broadcast live on TNT, truTv, HBO Max, Universo, and Peacock.
The match will represent the first time that the USMNT has faced a South American opponent at Q2 Stadium, and will serve as an important fixture in the team’s preparation for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Austin FC Season Ticket members have access to a ticket pre-sale for the match beginning at 10 a.m. CT on Wednesday, July 16, while Waitlist Members have access to a pre-sale beginning at 10 a.m. CT on Thursday, July 17. Tickets go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. CT on Friday, July 18.
The USMNT won all six (6) of its previous matches at Q2 Stadium without conceding a goal. Q2 Stadium has hosted USMNT matches in three (3) different official international competitions: the Concacaf Gold Cup, the Concacaf Nations League, and FIFA World Cup Qualifying. The USMNT most recently beat Saudi Arabia 1-0 at Q2 Stadium in June in a Concacaf Gold Cup group stage match.
