Austin FC fell in a 3-1 defeat to Real Salt Lake on Saturday night at America First Field.

The home side scored just before and just after halftime. The first goal came via a significant deflection, and the second from a shot by RSL’s DeAndre Yedlin. They then added a third to seal the result in the 82nd minute despite a stoppage time header from Besard Sabovic.

ATXFC now returns home to focus on the 2025 U.S. Open Cup Final, in which the Club will host Nashville SC on Wednesday, October 1 at Q2 Stadium.
