Austin FC and Tellus Volunteer with PEAS at Walnut Creek Elementary

Last week, Austin FC and Tellus Equipment Solutions teamed up with PEAS (Partners for Education, Agriculture, and Sustainability) for a day of hands-on impact at Walnut Creek Elementary School.

Volunteers from Austin FC and Tellus rolled up their sleeves to help refurbish the school’s garden — clearing overgrown garden beds, moving limestone with John Deere equipment, and preparing the space for new life to take root.

The refreshed garden will serve as a vibrant outdoor classroom, supporting PEAS’ mission to cultivate joyful connections with the natural world for 28 schools across Austin, engaging more than 4,500 students through outdoor learning and edible education.

Through efforts like this, Austin FC and Tellus continue to invest in spaces and partnerships that help expand access to hands-on, sustainable education for Austin’s next generation.
