Austin FC announced today that the Club agreed to loan midfielder Nico Dubersarsky to Club Atlético Tigre of the Argentine Primera División through June 2027. Dubersarsky will not occupy U22 Initiative or International slots on the Austin FC roster for the duration of the one-year loan.
Dubersarsky, 21, joined Austin FC via a transfer from Instituto Atlético Central Córdoba in his native Argentina in January 2025. He has since logged 33 MLS appearances in Verde & Black, 14 of which were starts.
Tigre will have a purchase option at the conclusion of the loan period. Should Tigre activate the purchase option, Austin FC would retain a sell-on percentage of a potential future transfer involving the player.
