Austin FC played to a 0-0 draw against FC Dallas on Saturday night at Toyota Stadium.
Brad Stuver made a smart stop in the 11th minute to deny Dallas’ Kaick from close range. Chances were few and far between for the remainder of the first half but Austin looked to force the issue in the second, with Jon Gallagher’s right-footed strike only denied by the goalkeeper.
Stuver made another pair of key saves in stoppage time to help ATXFC collect a point. The result saw Austin extend its unbeaten streak to seven matches and stay within touching distance of the playoff line.
