Tench and Simone Coxe moved to Austin in 2020. They have 3 grown children, are crazy sports fans, and are big supporters of the arts, cancer research and journalism. Tench attended Dartmouth College and Harvard Business School. He worked at a computer company before joining Sutter Hill Ventures in 1987 and spending the next 35 years investing in hardware and software technology companies. Simone attended UC Berkeley and started a public relations business which she grew to over 300 employees before selling it to focus on her children and journalism-focused non-profit organizations.
