Tanuj Gulati is an entrepreneur and investor. Tanuj has successfully started and run multiple cybersecurity companies, most recently as co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Securonix, a recognized leader in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) sector. As Securonix's CTO, Tanuj launched several market-leading products and spearheaded the company's growth to an annual recurring revenue of over $100 million and an exit valuation exceeding $1 billion. Prior to Securonix, Tanuj was a founding member of Vaau, a trailblazer in the Identity and Access Governance arena. He served from its inception until its acquisition by Sun Microsystems. Additionally, Tanuj has held significant management roles at Oracle and Sun Microsystems. Tanuj has been recognized as the "Executive of the Year" and the "Most Innovative Executive of the Year."
Tanuj holds a BS in computer applications from British Columbia University and MBA from Oklahoma State University. A lifelong soccer fan, Tanuj grew up playing for his school varsity team and continues to play today. He lives in Austin with his wife Addie and two sons Shaun and Jaiden. Tanuj and Addie support philanthropic efforts through their family foundation with a keen focus on the wellbeing of children. They serve on the board for the Miracle Foundation and Austin Speech Labs.
