Austin FC fell 2-1 against Real Salt Lake on Saturday night at America First Field.

ATXFC took an early lead when Facundo Torres recorded his second goal contribution of the season, sending in a perfect ball to find the head of Jon Bell. Bell headed it in for his first goal in Verde & Black. Minutes later Real Salt Lake equalized via an own goal. Austin had several more shots on target in the first half, and Brad Stuver made a massive save just before the break.

Stuver made more key stops in the second half, and Joseph Rosales hit the post, but RSL eventually broke through in the 88th minute to take the lead and claim all three (3) points.
