Marius Haas is a Founding Partner of BayPine Capital, a Private Equity firm focused on enabling mature market companies to compete successfully in the new digital economy. His career includes executive leadership roles at Dell Technologies, KKR, Hewlett-Packard, Compaq and Intel Corporation.
At Dell, Marius served as President and Chief Commercial Officer, where he was responsible for the global go-to-market organization, servicing all commercial clients, channel partners, as well as public and federal institutions worldwide. Prior to Dell, Marius was with Private Equity firm KKR in Menlo Park, CA. Marius also was senior vice president and worldwide general manager of Hewlett-Packard’s (HP) networking division, and the company’s chief strategy officer and global head of M&A.
Mr. Haas served as a Board of Director of the US-China Business Council for 6 years and now serves on the board of Westlake Chemical and as a strategic advisor to ASU Thunderbird graduate business of school.
Marius holds a BA from Georgetown University, where he was a 4-year starter on the D1 soccer team and an MBA from the American Graduate School of Global Management (Thunderbird). Marius enjoys living in Austin with his wife Lone and two children Lukas and Gabriella.
