For the fourth straight year, DLA Piper and SolarWinds are joining forces to sponsor 4ATX Foundation’s Verde Leaders program at Burnet Middle School, continuing a partnership rooted in mentorship, community, and the power of soccer to create opportunity.

Through volunteer coaching and mentoring, employees from both organizations have helped students grow in confidence, leadership, and teamwork on and off the pitch. Their support has fueled nearly 40,000 hours of programming, empowering Burnet students to find personal and academic success.

This year, the collaboration is taking another step forward. For the first time, Verde Leaders students will visit the DLA Piper and SolarWinds offices to explore career paths and spend time with their volunteer coaches and mentors, connecting what they are learning through the program with what is possible in their futures.
