Bell, Torres, and Ramirez Score in Austin's Draw with Toronto

Austin FC played to a high-scoring 3-3 draw with Toronto FC on Saturday afternoon at BMO Field.

After absorbing early pressure from Toronto, the Verde & Black pushed forward themselves and were rewarded with a goal in the 29th minute. A throw-in found Jon Bell in the box, who turned and hit a shot which found the back of the net.

The hosts responded with an equalizer by Dániel Sallói before Richie Laryea added another in the 67th minute. Austin then grabbed two (2) unanswered goals of its own to flip the score once again.

Facundo Torres finished off an excellent team move for his first goal in Verde on 78 minutes, and four (4) minutes later, Christian Ramirez put away a loose ball.

The game had one (1) more twist as Kobe Franklin tied it for the final time in the 88th minute.
