Austin FC announced today that the Club will host the Austin FC Soccer Celebration, a series of free events, original programming, and live viewings of FIFA World Cup 2026™ matches throughout the competition, bringing fans across Austin together to experience every match of the tournament.

On June 11 and 12 at Auditorium Shores, Austin FC will transform downtown Austin’s most iconic green space into a free, premier fan destination where fans can enjoy food and beverage offerings, beer garden style spaces, and family friendly activities, creating a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere for supporters of all ages as well as showing the four (4) opening matches over the first two (2) days featuring Mexico (June 11), Canada (June 12), and the United States (June 12) on large-scale video screens. Auditorium Shores is no stranger to major soccer events, having previously served as the site of MLS All-Star Soccer Celebration during the 2025 MLS All-Star Game in Austin.

Beginning on June 13, Austin FC will transform iconic East Austin venue Inn Cahoots into a free, 37-day soccer hub, featuring daily programming and live viewings for every FIFA World Cup 2026™ match. As the world’s top national teams compete on the sport’s biggest stage, fans can follow every moment of the tournament together in a centralized location throughout Austin for the 100 matches occurring between June 13 and the Final on Sunday, July 19.

In addition, Austin FC has partnered with FOX 7 Austin (KTBC), the city’s FOX television station and official FIFA World Cup 2026™ broadcaster, to deliver tournament-related programming throughout the summer, including a dedicated, magazine-style show hosted by FOX 7’s Dennis de la Peña and featuring former U.S. Men’s National Team forward Gyasi Zardes. The show will provide fans with analysis, storytelling, and behind-the-scenes perspectives, bringing the global game closer to the Austin community. Zardes has the 10th-most goals in Major League Soccer history with 106 and played two (2) seasons for Austin FC in 2023 and 2024.

Additional details, including event timing, registration information, and programming schedules will be announced in advance of Austin FC’s May 16 home match against Sporting Kansas City, as part of the Club’s “Celebration of the Global Game” presented by 4ATX Foundation.

“This summer brings the world’s biggest sporting event to our region, and we’re proud to give Austinites the best environment to experience the most watched sporting event on the planet, every day, right here in our city,” said Austin FC President Andy Loughnane. “From Auditorium Shores to East Austin and across the community, we’re creating spaces where fans can come together, connect, and watch every match of the tournament for 39 incredible days.”
