Austin FC drew 1-1 against Colorado Rapids on Wednesday night at Q2 Stadium.
Facundo Torres flashed a shot just wide of the post in the opening moments, but Paxten Aaronson then gave the visitors the lead in the 22nd, hitting a volley that caromed in off the post.
The Verde & Black pushed forward in the second half and found an equalizer when Torres floated a header over Colorado goalkeeper Nico Hansen, off an excellent cross from Žan Kolmanič.
