Austin FC, LP Building Solutions, and Derksen Portable Buildings came together to give back to the Austin community with the donation of a new storage shed to Austin Voices for Education and Youth at Dobie Middle School.
Constructed by Derksen Portable Buildings with LP® SmartSide® siding and trim, the shed is designed to help resist impacts from many weather elements and everyday wear—providing the organization with a reliable, long‑lasting space to support more than 350 families each month through community food distributions and other programming at the school.
Representatives from Austin FC, LP Building Solutions, Austin Voices for Education and Youth, and Derksen Portable Buildings gathered on campus for a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the new addition. Austin FC’s Verdísimo was also on site to help welcome volunteers and assist with the community food distribution, bringing energy and VERDE spirit to the event.
