Austin FC announced today that the Club promoted 23 full-time staff members ahead of the 2026 season, representing employees from Business Operations, Soccer Operations, and 4ATX Foundation.
“Helping our staff members advance in their careers has always been a priority at Austin FC,” said Austin FC President Andy Loughnane. “We’re happy to announce our most recent group of promoted employees who have worked hard to make the Club what it is today.”
Within Soccer Operations, Derek Mimbela has been promoted to Director of Team Operations, and Jim Meyer was promoted to Head Performance Coach and Sports Scientist for the Austin FC Academy.
Within Business Operations, Jinny Reif has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer, Jordan Arredondo to Sr. Director of Corporate Partnerships (Activation), Audrey Bounds to VP of Events, Andrew DiMario to Sr. Director of Corporate Partnerships (Sales), and Victoria Lopez to Sr. Director of Safety and Security.
