Austin FC Academy midfielder Micah Burton has been named to the U-17 U.S. Men’s Youth National Team (MYNT) roster for the program’s upcoming competition in the Vaclav Jezek Youth Tournament, taking place from September 16-26 in Vlin, Czech Republic. The tournament includes matches against Slovakia, Germany, and the Czech Republic.

“In addition to his abilities on the field, Micah has become a leader within the Academy through the standard he sets with his level of discipline, work ethic, and professionalism,” said Austin FC Academy General Manager Tyson Wahl. “We are happy that he is continuing to get rewarded with these opportunities and know that he will represent Austin FC well.”
