Agatha Precourt is an Owner of Austin FC, alongside her husband Anthony Precourt, the club’s Chairman, Majority Owner and Founder. As part of the Precourt family’s founding and majority ownership group, Agatha has been integral to the vision of bringing Austin its first major league sports franchise and embedding the club in the fabric of the Austin community.
An accomplished investor and advisor in her own right, Agatha is the Founding Partner of AMP Ventures (AMP), the direct investing arm of Precourt Capital Management. Through AMP, she invests directly in companies and in funds, drawing on more than a decade of operating experience across consumer brands, startups, and finance. Prior to AMP, Agatha co-founded a venture-backed technology startup, served on the leadership team at Stella & Dot, and held roles at Del Monte and Beringer Wine Estates (both TPG portfolio companies). She began her career as a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley.
Agatha is deeply committed to philanthropy and community engagement in Austin and beyond. She serves on the board of the Precourt Foundation and is an Executive Board Member of the 4ATX Foundation, Austin FC’s community-focused nonprofit. She is also a Board Member and Finance Chair of the Waterloo Greenway, a transformative urban park project in downtown Austin, as well as a Board Member of St. Andrew's Episcopal School. At Stanford University, Agatha serves as an advisor for both the Precourt Institute for Energy and the LEAD council.Â
Agatha earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University and a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Agatha and Anthony live in Austin with their three children, where they enjoy the city’s vibrant culture, outdoor lifestyle, and of course, cheering on the Verde & Black at Q2 Stadium.
