Austin FC II return home to host Sporting Kansas City II this Friday night under the bright lights at Parmer Field for a 7:30 p.m. CT kickoff. The match will be available to watch on Apple TV with MLS Season Pass.

Austin FC II Outlook

Austin FC II will return home for its fourth home match of the season and seventh overall match of its 2025 MLS NEXT Pro regular season.

The Verde & Black traveled to Houston with a starting lineup including first-team loanees Riley Thomas, Jimmy Farkarlun, Micah Burton and Stefan Cleveland as well as Austin FC U-18 midfielder Mohammad Badawiya. ATXFC II’s Rubén Bonachera was able to score a goal in extra time though it wasn’t enough to turn the match in Austin’s favor.

The Verde & Black faired evenly in their last two matches against Sporting KC II, with each team getting a win under their belt. Fans could possibly see the debuts of offseason addition Jules Bery as well as newly signed goalkeeper Charlie Farrar.

Sporting KC II Outlook

Sporting Kansas City II will travel to Texas’ capital city for its fifth away game of its 2025 MLS NEXT Pro regular season.

Led by new head coach Istvan Urbanyi, Sporting KC II have yet to win a match in regulation this season but took the extra point in its only game that went to penalties. SKC II come off a scoreless loss against Colorado Rapids 2, whom Austin FC II towered over in its season opener.
