Austin FC II return home to face Minnesota United FC 2 for the second matchup between the teams this season. The Verde & Black will go up against MNUFC2 Friday evening for a 7:30 p.m. CT kickoff. The match will be available to watch on Apple TV with MLS Season Pass.

Austin FC II will host its fifth home match of the season and ninth overall match of its 2025 MLS NEXT Pro regular season.
The Verde & Black are coming off a shutout win over first place Ventura County FC. ATXFC II showed strong effort all around and its offensive intent eventually paid off in the second half as Jimmy Farkarlun found the net for his second goal of the season. Goalkeeper Charlie Farrar made his second start and kept a second consecutive clean sheet playing a crucial role in Austin collecting all three points.
ATXFC II now has five of a possible six points from its last two matches. Austin FC II fans can also look for the return of Peter Grogan who served a one-game suspension following a red card against Sporting KC II.
Minnesota United FC 2 Outlook
Minnesota United FC 2 returns to Texas to face Austin FC II Friday under the Parmer lights for its fifth away match and seventh overall match of the 2025 MLS NEXT Pro regular season. MNUFC2 have been better on the road then at home this season, having lost both of their matches in Minnesota and won all four of their away matches.
The team’s attack has been dangerous thus far, ranking eighth in MLS NEXT Pro with an average of two goals scored per match. Logan Dorsey leads the team in goals with three while Alisa Randell and Loic Mesanvi each have two to their name.
