Austin FC II returns to Parmer Field for its last home match of the month against St. Louis City SC 2 for a 7:30 p.m. CT kickoff. The match will be available to watch on OneFootball and MLSNEXTPro.com.
Austin FC II OutlookÂ
Austin FC II is coming off its third consecutive shutout win, beating Colorado away on Wednesday night in a match where Austin FC Academy products Mo Badawiya and Erick Feliciano lit up the night. The pair came on as substitutes in the second half after a hard fought first half to put the Verde & Black on the board just two minutes after they entered the pitch. Each player tallied a goal and an assist to move Austin into third place in the MLS NEXT Pro Western Conference standings.
The Verde & Black now turn to close out a busy week against St. Louis City 2 at home. Though Austin FC II were unable to beat City 2 in any of its three meet ups last season, the teams now sit four points apart in the Western Conference standings. Austin will look to extend its eight-game unbeaten streak and fight for a fourth consecutive shutout.
St. Louis City 2 OutlookÂ
St. Louis City 2 is coming off its first loss of the season at the hands of Houston Dynamo 2. City 2 scored the first goal of the match in the 29th minute but was unable to produce any more as Dynamo Dos found the equalizer before the half and tucked away another three goals by the final whistle.
St. Louis City 2 bested Austin FC II in their last meet up during the 2025 MLS NEXT Pro season. City 2 has proven aggressive on the offense, with 21 goals in ten games. City 2 currently sit in second place in the MLS NEXT Pro Western Conference standings, just three points behind Houston Dynamo 2. St. Louis will look to recapture its winning form on Sunday against Austin FC II.
