Austin FC II announced today that the Club has signed defender Artem Dashkovets to its MLS NEXT Pro roster. Dashkovets joins on a two-year guaranteed deal through the end of the 2027 season with an option for 2028.
Dashkovets is a 21-year-old, 6’5” center back originally from Ukraine. He competed with several clubs in his native country at the youth level, and joined Bukovyna-2 Chernivtsi ahead of the current season in which he scored twice in 19 appearances. Last year, he competed for Veres Rivne in the Ukrainian U19 Premier Liga, recording a goal and an assist in 12 games.
