50/50 Raffle FAQ

1. How are the proceeds split?

50% of the net proceeds from 50/50 ticket sales is awarded to one lucky winner and the remaining 50% supports 4ATX Foundation programs.

2. How much are raffle tickets?

  • 3 for $5
  • 10 for $10
  • 50 for $20
  • 200 for $50

3. Can I purchase my raffle tickets with credit cards, checks, money orders, etc.?

All purchased at Q2 Stadium are cashless transactions. Acceptable forms of payment include Debit/Credit Cards.

Any guests needing to convert cash should visit Guest Services on the Main Concourse (100) behind Section 124 to receive a Netspend cash card. Guest can convert cash to a Netspend prepaid debit card, which can be used anywhere, both inside and outside Q2 Stadium.

4. Am I eligible to participate in the raffle?

You must be 18 years or older to purchase a raffle ticket and not otherwise excluded from eligibility by the Official Rules based on a relation to the administrators of the raffle. IDs may be requested.

5. Are raffle tickets considered a deductible charitable contribution?

No, they are not.

6. When will raffle tickets be sold?

Tickets can be purchased from the time gates open until the 75th minute of the match.

7. Where can I purchase a raffle ticket?

Tickets are sold by 4ATX Foundation staff wearing 50/50 t-shirts at the following locations within Q2 Stadium:

  • 50/50 Kiosk at Southwest Gate
  • 4ATX Foundation Booth near Section 135
  • Inside the VIP Lobby
  • Near Captain Morgan Club entrance
  • Inside Points Bet Sports Bar
  • Northwest Gate

8. When will the winning number be announced?

The winning number will be displayed at the 80th minute on the Q2 Stadium big board.

9. Where is the winning number posted?

The winning number will be posted at austinfc.com/5050raffle following the applicable match.

10. Where can I claim my winning ticket?

Prize claims may be made during the match at the 4ATX Foundation Booth located near Section 135 by presenting the winning ticket after the winning number is announced until up to fifteen (15) minutes after the final whistle of the match or by emailing info@4atxfoundation.org to schedule a time to present the winning ticket at the 4ATX Foundation offices during normal business hours within five (5) business days from the date of the drawing.

11. Do I need to be present to win?

No, you do not need to be present to win.

12. How long do I have to claim my prize?

Prizes must be claimed within five (5) business days from the date of the drawing.

13. Will I receive cash upon claiming my winning ticket?

No, an ACH deposit will be made to the winner’s account or a check will be mailed to the winner within four (4) to six (6) weeks from the date the prize is claimed.

14. What happens if a prize goes unclaimed?

Prizes not claimed within five (5) business days of the drawing will result in 100% of the net proceeds benefiting the 4ATX Foundation.
