On Dec. 8 – 10, 2022, Austin FC and Catapult, one of the world’s leading sports performance technology companies, are bringing in some of the brightest minds in the high performance sports space to share the latest methodologies and practices in sports specific training, strength & conditioning, performance coaching, and sports science.

Austin FC and Catapult invite strength coaches, athletic trainers, sports scientists, physical therapists, and sports coaches from professional, college, club, and high school programs to join us in investigating the training and development needs of elite level athletes.

The content provided within this seminar will be applicable for training professionals working at the highest level of any team sport. The seminar will provide real world examples of how to apply evidenced based solutions in your interdisciplinary high-performance teams.

This unique seminar program will be limited to the first 100 applicants. Attendees will have the opportunity to listen to segments on:

  • Current sports science strategies in pro sports
  • Nutrition and recovery
  • Constraints led approach to strength training in soccer
  • Leadership competencies for high performance teams
  • In-season strength training considerations
  • Using contextualized data to inform the training process
  • Application of sprint training in team sports

Event Location: St. David’s Performance Center (700 Performance Drive, Austin, TX 78753)

Event Times: Check-in on December 8th at 2:30pm, and final session will end at 2:00pm on December 10th

Ticketing: Cost for the event will be $300, and will be limited to the first 100 registrants

CEUs: We are currently pursuing CEU credits through the NSCA. More information will be provided when we have it.

Event Lodging: The Fairmont Hotel in downtown Austin will be the preferred hotel provider for our event. Attendees will receive a group rate of $159/night + tax for any reservations between 12/7/22 – 12/10/22. A Group Rate code will be provided after registering for the symposium.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Prior to 11/1/22: Attendees will receive a full refund
  • 11/1/22-11/30/22: Attendees will receive a 50% refund
  • After 11/30/22: No refunds will be provided
